At Madra Pet Styling, we try to be as flexible and accommodating as possible. Rather than keep dogs all day, or make them sit in a cage before starting, we get started as soon as they come in, and  try to finish them in as little time as possible, creating a low stress grooming experience. In order to provide this positive experience, it is important for all appointments to start on time.

*We are sorry, but due to our busy schedule, we are unable to accept walk-in clients. Please call ahead for an appointment.

*If you are unable to keep an appointment, kindly give 24 hours notice.

*Appointments that are more than 15 minutes late are subject to cancellation. Please call ahead if you are running unavoidably late.

* There will be a $10 service fee for missed/late cancelled appointments.
